Love this clinic! Friendly staff, clean reception area and exam rooms. I was on the waiting list and was worried I wouldn’t get my cat in to be seen, but after I called to check where we were in line, I was told to check back in an hour. Love this clinic! Friendly staff, clean reception area and exam rooms. I was on the waiting list and was worried I wouldn’t get my cat in to be seen, but after I called to check where we were in line, I was told to check back in an hour. There was no need to, they called me back 30 min later and had a spot for us. Check In was easy, and waiting time was minimal. As always, Dr. Z was great. He checked Buster out, then told me he was a great cat and what the plan was for his treatment. When we were done I was waiting on hubby to bring me $ but he was stuck in traffic. The girl up front was super patient while I made a couple calls to get cash from a friend. A huge thank you to the staff and Dr.Z. You all took care of my furry buddy and put me at ease. Also found out that Dr.Z was leaving the clinic the next day. We will miss him and the care he gives to our four legged family members, and wish him nothing but the best! - read less

The "Doc" couldn't have been better and equally exhibited the professional and kind demeanor you hope to encounter. I received multiple pre surgery and post surgery contact and follow-up, far more than I experienced from my own medical care team. The location is easy to find, plenty of parking, and immaculate inside, decorated with humorous wall art, and social messages reflecting this clinics ethos of goodwill towards all, particularly our "best friends". - read less

Dr. Z and his team truly care for the animals brought into their care. I've brought both of my cats to him and even the skittish one with separation anxiety doesn't seem too shaken up by the visit. It's true that with the current state of the pandemic you have to use a sign-up sheet. One should consider that animals can get COVID too, so this is for the protection of the staff AND your pets. It's true that with the current state of the pandemic you have to use a sign-up sheet. One should consider that animals can get COVID too, so this is for the protection of the staff AND your pets. Additionally, Three Creeks is also very transparent with what services they will provide to your animal and ask for thorough consent of all procedures, even simple things like a bit of a nail trim to make them easier to handle or some flea medication. Like most facilities of this nature, things can be a little pricy and they can be a little pushy about getting your animal in for their next appointment (they'll stop after 1-2 tries, and it's very non-invasive), but that's just the nature of the game and how businesses sometimes have to function to stay operational. - read less

This location is a walk in clinic and they post a sign up sheet at 8am. If you’re the first three on the list they ask you to wait at the location until it’s your turn and the rest to go home until called. The vet gets in at 8:30am. I got in much sooner then I thought I was going to which was wonderful and the staff was very kind and knowledgeable. The only con I would say I had is the vet didn’t … + read more

I got in much sooner then I thought I was going to which was wonderful and the staff was very kind and knowledgeable. The only con I would say I had is the vet didn’t pause for questions while he was explaining. He asked me at the end though so that’s alright. Again the staff is super kind and they just want to help. No one pressured me into making a decision about the other concern they had that I didn’t come in for but told me I could call back to arrange it. The cost of the visit was average if anything on the low end side for vets. Highly recommend! - read less
